You Always Get for What you Do !
Hi I hope things are fine for you where ever you are,
here are simply Great.
Today I like to share with you some of my experirences I have had during
those past years of Network Marketing and MLM.
The other day I send a broadcast to one of mine list regarding
achieving finacial freedom, it was just a generic one and pointed out on my latest achievement as an Executive level (personally enrolled 250 Plus new entrepeneur) on a very Powerful System that alows you to earn residual revenue from differents income Streams.
Now everytime I send a broadcast to one of mine list I always ask for a feed back
and in that specifc message I ask them if they want to know I I did it they just to have to send me a email saying on the subject "I want a different residual Income streams".
I have a good rate of response from those one that are already working the system asking me for some tips on particular ways of marketing, but is not of that that I wanna focus on.
I had some emails from some Thumb Suckers, you know those ones that they
think that to make money you just need to join and pay for the services or
products every month and everything will be taking care of you will start to
see checks arrive in your mail box starting from the next monday.
This is nothing wrong because I use to be a Thumb Sucker too but it was
due to the lack of experience and seeing all that flashing advertising saying that you can earn 10000$ a months in 15 days all you have to do is join under me.
Thanks god I didin't have some many emials like that but one particular one was
asking me Sergio, I have joined some of the programs inside the System and I don't see a check yet do I have to continue to pay the monthly fee? and how much did you spend to get where you are?
I'll ask him if is taking action to drive floods of people to his Powerful System and follow all the steps to do so.
The Thumb Sucker response was: I wanna make money here, I don't wanna invest learn and work to build for my-self and the family ar strong Residual Income that last for years, I just want to make money.
Guess what? He quit, but waht is worse he doesn't know
He didin't quit on the System (because he never really started)

The process is fairly simple. Once an agreement is established with a factoring company, it works as follows:
Your office submits your weekly (daily or monthly) billings to the insurance company and to Medicare/Medicaid. (note: sometimes this task can be handled by the factor on your behalf)
Your office sends a copy of the billings to the factoring company.
The factoring company advances you up to 85% of Net Collectables within 48 hours. Funds are sent by wire or direct deposit. The remaining 15% is called a "reserve" and used to settle billing discrepancies at time of payment. This is returned to you once the invoices are paid.
The factoring company waits to be paid by the insurance company or Medicare/Medicaid.
Once the factoring company is paid, they settle out the transaction and rebate you the remaining 15%, less their fee.

A San Bernadino restaurant run by two brothers, Dick and Maurice "Mac" McDonald were using a number of the machines to keep up with the huge demand for milkshakes.
It was here that Kroc saw a golden opportunity for lot's of milkshake machine orders if only they had more restaurants! Kroc offered to open and run the restaurants, and in 1955 opened the first McDonald's in Des Plaines, IL. He bought out the McDonalds brothers for $2.7 million in 1961.
Ray Kroc understood one important fact about business that most of us simply miss. The fact is, that you will make far more money by "duplicating" your efforts over and over
again in a mutually beneficial way, than by trying to due it all by yourself. Ray went out of his way to find qualified individuals to run and manage his restaurants, and after
training them all at "Hamburger University", took a small profit from each restaurant. This "duplication" allowed McDonald's to enjoy exponential growth over the years.
There are now over 24,500 McDonald's restaurants in 115 countries around the world!
In today's world, Ray Kroc might be looked upon as an early MLM'er. He recruited owners and managers to run his businesses, he provided them with a product, he trained
them to "duplicate" his efforts (through the use of 'Hamburger University"), and he took a small percentage of the profits from each restaurant.
If they did not succeed, he did not succeed. No McDonald's restaurant has ever failed. (A tribute to the exceptional support system Ray Kroc implemented)
Unlike MLM's, however, the recruiting aspect of the McDonald's business was reserved strictly for Ray Kroc. Restaurant owners were not allowed to franchise themselves. If they had been allowed to franchise themselves, the McDonald's Corporation quite
possibly would be much larger than it is today because of faster exponential growth.
In the MLM business, this faster growth can be achieved because each and every business owner in the network can franchise themselves. This is the "extension" if you will, of

Pixel Sites...everyone's jumping on the band wagon

Not a day goes by when I don't get an email or see a site pushing yet another pixel advertising site but are these really a good advertising venue or is everyone just jumping on the band wagon expecting to make a few quick bucks or even get rich.
A search on Google for pixel sites gives 22,7000 results. The rage started when a 21 year old from England launched an advertising site where you paid $1 per pixel of advertising and the page was divided into 1,000,000 pixels. The advertising sold out and the guy made a cool million dollars! And get this the last remaining 1000 pixels were sold on ebay for a staggering $38,100!
The original site - The Million Dollar Homepage was launched on 26th August 2005. The guy then emailed all his friends and told them to pass on details of his site to their friends and so on...and then he sold his first 400 pixels for $400. At this stage the site was getting around 100 hits a day so he started to contact the press. An IT news site picked it up and ran an article resulting in 2000 hits an hour, it got ranked by Google and the hits went up to 35,000 a day.
And as the ball started rolling the visitors to the site increased, more pixels were sold, the guy made more money and the press interest increased. The site was getting over 100,000 unique visitors in 2 days and the UK nationals ran stories on the site. Then the story found its way into US papers, TV appearances followed and so on....publicity generates publicity. The site was getting hundreds of thousands of unique visitors and advertisers were seeing a good click through rate for their adverts.
Further TV interviews and radio interviews followed, Reuters ran an article on the site, as did the Wall Street Journal. With the last few remaining pixels auctioned on eBay the guy made is million dollars on 11th January 2006 - less of course any costs he incurred.
And then of course, the site was hacked and money demanded (which the FBI are currently investigating) but even this led to more media interest.
By the end of October 2005 hundreds of copy cat sites had started to spring up. Now there are thousands of them if not more. Have you visited any of these - most have no adverts on them, no traffic and no one in their right mind would choose to advertise on them.
So why have thousands of others thought they could hop on the bandwagon and make a quick $1,000,000? This guy had an unprecedented level of media attention, driving thousands and thousands of visitors to the site.
Even the guy behind the Million Dollar Home Page pixel site acknowledges that it is not a lasting business idea but a novel one off idea. There is no long term business concept and it will only work once. How long it will take those jumping on the pixel bandwagon to realise this - who knows!

Strange and Innovative ideas

People seem to be coming upwith strange and very innovative ideas to promote their sites and also come up with sites to promote businesses and their brand names. Just a few months back, we had this euphoria where a student got a website up and was selling pixels on his website at the rate of $1 per pixel. Many rip-offs followed this and they too proved quite a bit successful thus making everyone associated with the site very happy. The businesses which put their ads on the site, however invisible they seemed to be in the muddle of ads, also seemed to be happy with the visibility that they got.
Now a slightly different and improved version seems to be doing the rounds on the net. It is called the 'One in hundred thousand' website and it can be found at http://oneinhundredthousand.com.
This site is based on the concept that they get your name on the internet (rather, on this site) for $3. The name can be that of an individual or that of a business. And they also link to your homepage (if you have one) as part of the name. To maintain some exclusivity (after all, they cant get the names of 6 billion people on to the site), they have restricted themselves to only 50,000 names and promises to be up for 5 years.
This site seems to have been started by a young man and though it seems a bit similar to the million dollar home page idea, it has its own uniqueness and its advantages. For businesses, it is like having an ad on the net, that too at a place with high number of visitors and for individuals, its just a chance to get the thrill of seeing their name on a website and to see their name when they do a search on google.
The webmaster asks us to view this as another home, a home on the internet for our name and which would be well maintained by him for the next five years. Its a strange idea but it is indeed something that might catch on in due course of time.
People, especially young ones, seem to be coming up with strange and innvovative ideas to keep themselves and help others keep ahead of the competition. Things are sure getting interesting. So what next? A website on the moon??
